SEO Sherpa is seeking a Technical SEO professional to own full-stack technical SEO delivery for a diverse pool of clients. In this remote role, you will be responsible for advising on architecture, performance, and best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing data-driven recommendations to maximize organic search performance.
What You'll Do
- Own technical SEO delivery for a diverse pool of clients across various markets.
- Advise clients and colleagues on architecture, performance, and technical best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with a 'never settle' mindset.
- Give recommendations and suggest opportunities for maximizing organic search performance using big data, automation, and problem-solving at scale.
- Conduct technical deep dives, digging into data to hunt down issues that are holding sites back.
- Deliver findings via easy-to-understand reports for both non-technical and technical audiences.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with technical SEO delivery.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.
- Understanding of technical SEO concepts like hreflang and index bloat.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both non-technical stakeholders and tech-savvy developers/executives.
- Fascination with Python.
- Consideration of JavaScript as a nemesis (understanding of its SEO challenges).
