Responsibilities

  • Identify customer requirements through technical discussions

  • Provide detailed explanations of equipment functionality
  • Support sales team with technical insights during client engagements
  • Troubleshoot product issues during on-site visits
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications
  • Assist in developing sales proposals with technical accuracy
  • Gather customer feedback for product improvement
  • Coordinate with engineering on field-reported issues
  • Train clients on proper equipment operation
  • Attend trade shows and industry events as a technical resource
  • Respond to technical inquiries from sales and customers
  • Track and report on field service outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing on technical content
  • Follow up on post-sale technical support needs
  • Manage relationships with key technical stakeholders
  • Prepare documentation for equipment installations
  • Support remote diagnostics when applicable
  • Promote product advantages using real-world applications
