What You’ll Do
- Lead technical workshops, webinars, and on-site sessions to help customers fully leverage security solutions in real-world environments.
- Present upcoming product developments and feature enhancements, translating roadmap vision into practical business value.
- Provide tailored technical consultation, aligning system capabilities with customer requirements and operational goals.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic positioning and customer engagement approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to test new features, validate performance, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, ensuring long-term alignment and mutual growth.
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or technical account management within the physical security or surveillance space.
- Deep understanding of IP-based CCTV, intrusion detection, and networked security systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Self-driven mindset with a focus on results, customer satisfaction, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and regional engagements.
