Fluke - Level 3 is hiring a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the UK and Ireland. You will own territory strategy for the Fluke Networks, Fluke Process Instruments, and High Touch Industrial Group portfolios, building relationships and providing exceptional product expertise.
What You'll Do
- Drive new bookings by creating end-user demand, strategically planning territory coverage with partners, and implementing strategies for rapid market share growth.
- Actively promote Fluke products to achieve sales quotas through relationship building, training, support, and end-user engagement.
- Develop expertise as the local authority on Fluke products, solutions, and applications.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, provide training, and address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records with daily updates and manage the sales pipeline through consistent prospect follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users by offering tailored solutions using Fluke’s equipment, software, and services.
- Leverage internal Fluke support teams to maximize territory growth and customer success.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers and industry audiences.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets within an assigned territory.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
- Solid technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the networking or industrial tools industry, selling technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems.
- Be based in or near the M62 Corridor, focussing on Northern England and Scotland, while also providing full coverage of the UK.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully balance the achievement of short-term objectives with longer-term strategic goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build enduring impactful relationships and win outsize growth with partners on a consistent basis.
- Experience addressing senior level stakeholders internal and external.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based from a home office. You will travel to customer sites within the territory approximately 60-70% of the time. Primary locations of focus are the UK and Ireland, specifically the M62 Corridor, Northern England, and Scotland.
