We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team, supporting both InfluenConnect and Comms8. This dual-role opportunity involves clear ownership of technical execution, translating business objectives into developer-ready plans, and reducing reliance on external developers.
What You'll Do
- Drive core feature development on our SaaS platform (InfluenConnect).
- Oversee automation and tool-building to improve operational efficiency.
- Deliver new features like discovery tools, UX improvements, creator onboarding, and affiliate tracking.
- Translate business objectives into roadmaps, sprint plans, and technical briefs.
- Collaborate with external developers, internal analysts, and user teams.
- Prioritize and launch scalable, user-centric features aligned with platform growth.
- Lead system automation projects such as CRM workflows, dashboards, content scheduling, and supplier databases.
- Work with internal stakeholders and a junior automation team using tools like Airtable, Zapier, and Looker Studio.
- Develop internal documentation and training materials for newly implemented tools.
- Use Trello, Jira, or Notion to manage project pipelines and team accountability.
- Report regularly to the founder and unblock team progress as needed.
- Balance fast delivery with long-term product quality and technical scale.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience managing SaaS products or internal systems.
- Must be fluent in English and Chinese.
- Great communication skills.
- Solid grasp of product lifecycles, UX, APIs, and system basics.
- Confident in owning roadmaps, writing specs, and working with developers.
- Comfortable using tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, and Looker Studio.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and ready to get things done.
Nice to Have
- Coding ability is a bonus.
- Experience with Web3, blockchain, payments, trust & safety, or marketplace platforms.
