Transport for London (TfL) is hiring a Product Manager for its Software Tools & SDK portfolio. You will be responsible for managing and developing this portfolio, providing APIs for customer device management, and coordinating global go-to-market strategies.
What You'll Do
- Manage the SW Tools & SDK portfolio and develop it further.
- Provide services and APIs so that customers can manage our readers within their solutions.
- Maintain market and competitive awareness by analyzing market data and applying it to product strategy.
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies for software tools with marketing communications and sales.
- Act as the voice of the customer in close cooperation with Product Owners and Business Owners.
- Balance priorities between customer needs, market demands, business case, and internal capabilities.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, customers, the market, and partners.
- Train Sales, Pre-Sales, Tech Support, and Professional Services teams on Software Tools & SDK.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work across cultural, geographical, and disciplinary team boundaries.
- Knowledge about cloud architectures and commercial cloud service providers.
- Proficient with Jira and Confluence or similar Product Management software.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Miro.
- Familiar with MS Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and mobile OS (Android, iOS).
Nice to Have
- Equivalent education plus relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages such as C, C++, and Rest.
