What You'll Do
Collaborate directly with Front Office users to capture and interpret their business needs, transforming them into clear, actionable functional specifications. Work alongside development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Design and execute functional test scenarios, with a focus on impacts to PV and risk calculations. Support the creation of automated regression test suites in coordination with developers and release managers. Lead user acceptance testing to validate solutions with end users and ensure integration and regression testing meet quality standards.
Assist in workload estimation for development and testing cycles. Coordinate deployment activities for production releases and contribute to incident analysis and resolution as part of third-level support. Maintain up-to-date documentation in JIRA and Confluence, ensuring traceability and knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, preferably in a financial or IT environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate user needs into functional and technical specifications
- Experience in test case development and execution, including integration and regression testing
- Familiarity with Summit Software is an asset
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to coordinate across technical and business teams in a structured development lifecycle
- Willingness to learn complex systems and adapt to evolving project demands
