About the Role

Trunk Tools, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our AI platform for the construction industry. You will leverage your B2B software expertise to ensure our product's scalability, drive growth, and increase adoption, serving as the primary technical product leader.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the technical product leader and voice of the customer by conducting regular, structured discovery sessions to inform strategic prioritization.
  • Manage internal and external expectations around priorities and delivery timelines, using roadmaps to communicate what to build and why.
  • Constantly advocate for the good of the business in every interaction and decision.
  • Collaborate with Implementations, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience with any new launch or product iteration.
  • Contribute to scale efforts by establishing and improving SDLC processes and contributing to best practices.
  • Own the processes and tooling to ensure critical data is being captured around customer usage, activity, and adoption.
  • Provide consistent feedback to cross-functional teams to optimize customer expectation management, communication, and stabilization.
  • Work with the CPO to continue to level up SDLC at Trunk Tools to optimize for data-driven decision making and achieving desired business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years as a Technical B2B SaaS Product Manager with AI and LLM experience for business applications.
  • Experience both maturing existing products and incubating new ones from 0 to 1.
  • Persuasive, results driven influencer with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communicator.
  • Able to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software.
  • Team player who can work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Can learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Bias towards action, and gravitate towards environments where you have outsized influence.
  • Strong sense of empathy and a desire to improve the lives of those who work in the built world.
  • Fascinated by technology, artificial intelligence, and their impact.
  • Experience working in JIRA to manage the SDLC in a SOC2 Type II environment.
  • Must be located in a US time zone (and US or Canada only - must be able to travel to the US).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with construction/real estate technology.
  • CSPO and CSM certifications.

You will report directly to the CPO and work closely with Engineering, Product, Subject Matter Experts/Advisors, and Leadership within a company of 65+ employees (25+ engineers).
