Samsung Vina Electronics Co., Ltd. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support for Samsung Air Conditioning products. Your primary focus will be on building strong partner relationships, delivering key training, and providing expert technical support for VRF systems.
What You'll Do
- Provide presales support and develop close working relationships with Samsung AC partners.
- Perform PJT design and unit selection for projects.
- Conduct technical product training and sales training on Samsung SAC products.
- Provide on-site and virtual installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support.
- Ensure the transfer of necessary skills to Samsung AC partners for successful VRF system installation and commissioning.
- Support senior sales engineers in the Regional Headquarters and branches.
- Offer sales support through PJT management, VRF training, fault finding, and commissioning.
- Support the sales team with design and product knowledge.
- Transfer VRF installation and commissioning knowledge through specifically designed training programs.
What We're Looking For
- A senior certificate in air-conditioning and refrigeration, and a T3 qualification.
- 3 years’ experience in VRF training and support.
- 3 years of VRF troubleshooting and fault finding.
- 3 years of VRF commissioning experience.
- 3 years of hands-on VRF technical support.
- Experience with SAC design software and AutoCAD.
- AC installation training and AC troubleshooting experience.
Nice to Have
- VRF data analytics experience.
