Responsibilities

  • Provide presales assistance for technical solutions
  • Build strong collaboration with AC partners by sharing product expertise and hands-on experience
  • Design project layouts and select appropriate equipment units
  • Deliver technical training on SAC product lines
  • Conduct sales-focused training sessions for SAC products
  • Offer on-site and remote installation guidance
  • Assist with system commissioning processes
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues post-installation
  • Ensure AC partners receive essential skills for proper VRF system installation and startup
  • Assist senior sales engineers across RHQ and branch locations with all job-related tasks
  • Support sales efforts through project management, VRF education, diagnostics, and commissioning aid
  • Collaborate with sales teams on design input and product understanding
  • Deliver comprehensive technical assistance to SAC partners
  • Transfer knowledge of VRF installation and commissioning via targeted training programs
