Responsibilities
- Provide presales assistance for technical solutions
- Build strong collaboration with AC partners by sharing product expertise and hands-on experience
- Design project layouts and select appropriate equipment units
- Deliver technical training on SAC product lines
- Conduct sales-focused training sessions for SAC products
- Offer on-site and remote installation guidance
- Assist with system commissioning processes
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues post-installation
- Ensure AC partners receive essential skills for proper VRF system installation and startup
- Assist senior sales engineers across RHQ and branch locations with all job-related tasks
- Support sales efforts through project management, VRF education, diagnostics, and commissioning aid
- Collaborate with sales teams on design input and product understanding
- Deliver comprehensive technical assistance to SAC partners
- Transfer knowledge of VRF installation and commissioning via targeted training programs
