About the Role

What You'll Do

Apply engineering principles to design and implement ventilation systems tailored to client needs. Support contractors, engineers, and end users by delivering technical guidance, product recommendations, and real-time troubleshooting. Manage active projects from concept to installation, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution.

Split your time between office-based bid development, on-site visits, and proactive territory growth. Lead product demonstrations, prepare submittals, and deliver presentations to build relationships with new and existing customers. Identify untapped markets and drive sales by connecting technical capabilities with real-world applications.

Provide responsive support—both remotely and in person—for system maintenance and performance optimization. Take ownership of customer satisfaction by improving processes, reducing response times, and delivering reliable solutions.

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of experience in a technical or engineering-related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or construction engineering, or a related science field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to learn continuously
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Willingness to engage directly with customers and build relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and initiative
  • Adaptability to new technologies and business practices
  • Commitment to achieving results with independence and accountability
  • Must be self-motivated and action-oriented
  • Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam within six months of hire, if not already obtained
  • Willingness to travel for training and professional development

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position requiring two to three days per week in the office for bid work, one to two days on job sites, and one day dedicated to expanding your territory through outreach and relationship-building.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, adjusted based on experience. Additional monthly bonuses are tied to productivity and company profitability.
