Job Mobz is hiring a Technical Recruiter on a contract basis to support our growing engineering organization. In this role, you will own recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design teams building an AI-powered SaaS platform. You will manage a portfolio of 6-8 engineering requisitions, focusing on building deep, reusable talent pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle technical recruiting for backend engineering roles.
- Recruit for AI/ML engineering roles, including teams building multi-agentic and LLM-adjacent systems.
- Manage US-based requisitions and roles for a growing international engineering office in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Partner with Hiring Managers on calibration, metric ownership, feedback loops, and offer management.
- Focus on pipeline-building across multiple requisitions per skillset to create deep, reusable talent pools.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with full-cycle technical recruiting specifically for backend engineering roles.
- Experience hiring for AI/ML engineering roles.
- Ability to manage both US and international requisitions.
- Proven ability to partner with Hiring Managers on calibration, metrics, and offer management.
- A focus on building deep, reusable talent pipelines across multiple requisitions.
