About the Role
This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing skilled technical talent within a fast-paced, international environment. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and streamline the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role specifications.
- Manage candidate pipelines from initial contact to offer stage.
- Conduct outreach through multiple channels including email and social platforms.
- Organize and prioritize recruitment activities across time zones.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications through screening interviews.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Support diversity and inclusion goals in hiring practices.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure positive experience.
- Provide feedback to hiring managers on market trends and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with software development roles and engineering disciplines.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Comfortable working in a remote, global environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- Skilled in managing multiple roles simultaneously.
- Understanding of employment equity and inclusive hiring principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
