QuickTeam is hiring a Technical Recruiter based in Ethiopia to identify and recruit talented software developers. Your focus will be on sourcing qualified developer candidates across Ethiopia to build a strong pipeline of engineering talent for our team.
What You'll Do
- Source qualified software developer candidates in Ethiopia.
- Post job listings on relevant Ethiopian job boards and communities.
- Conduct direct outreach to candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Leverage personal networks and existing candidate pools.
- Identify strong developer talent and introduce them to our hiring team.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates.
- Coordinate with the hiring team to refine candidate criteria.
What We're Looking For
- Experience recruiting or sourcing developers in Ethiopia.
- Strong familiarity with the Ethiopian tech talent market.
