Qualia is hiring a contract Technical Recruiter to attract and hire exceptional talent for our rapidly growing Engineering department. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, acting as the first point of contact for candidates and representing our vision.
What You'll Do
- Own the complete end-to-end hiring process from role definition to offer.
- Collaborate with executives and organizational leaders to deeply understand their technical hiring needs.
- Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates to move the interview process forward efficiently.
- Organize and facilitate interview debriefs with hiring teams.
- Partner with the People Ops Onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date.
- Create and maintain a flawlessly positive candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience.
- A proven track record of building strong partnerships with Engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.
