Responsibilities

- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers to refine role requirements
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to close
- Build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals to source talent
- Engage passive candidates with tailored outreach
- Partner with teams to understand technical hiring needs
- Represent the employer brand during all candidate interactions
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Stay current on technical roles and industry hiring trends
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously with attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Facilitate onboarding documentation for successful hires
- Collaborate with HR on role requisitions and approvals
