Responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, recruiting coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle.
- Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with Director of TA and hiring managers.
- Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts, and other creative channels to support hiring goals.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process.
- Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of meeting hiring goals across Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
- In-house recruiting experience at small to mid-sized tech companies
- Deep experience with sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, interpersonal, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously.
- Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
