Roboflow is looking for a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting as we scale our Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams. Our mission is to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence, and you will be responsible for building a team that ships fast and cares deeply about users.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and interview processes.
- Build high-quality pipelines through sourcing, networking, and creative outreach.
- Drive a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer close.
- Maintain a high standard for operational excellence: clear communication, data hygiene, and consistent process.
- Collaborate with Ops and Leadership to forecast needs and refine hiring systems across Roboflow.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting.
- Experience focused on product, design, or technical roles at high-growth startups.
- Strong understanding of product development and design workflows.
- Exceptional sourcing skills and creativity in finding talent.
- Excellent storytelling and candidate engagement skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and accountability.
- Collaborative, candid, and able to influence across teams.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $185-$200k base salary + equity in the company.
- $4000/yr Travel Stipend to work alongside other team members.
- $350/mo Productivity stipend for things like high-speed internet or co-working space.
