Regal Rexnord Corporation is looking for a Technical Quoting Specialist. In this role, you will prepare and manage technical quotes for prospective clients in the electrical and automation industries, ensuring accurate cost estimations, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing dedicated customer support.
What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate and timely technical quotes based on customer RFQs, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and project requirements.
- Maintain a database of quotations within Salesforce.
- Manage multiple customer accounts and quotation requests simultaneously.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Handle project coordination, order processing, and order management utilizing ERP systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- A Technical Bachelor’s degree, Diploma of Technology, or equivalent related experience.
- 2-3 years of technical quoting experience specifically within the Electrical and Automation industries.
- Strong customer-facing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong computer skills, specifically proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce systems is considered an asset.
