Shae Group is looking for a Technical Project Manager with Business Analysis Strength to lead AI-driven initiatives from discovery to launch. In this remote contractor role, you will translate market, user, and clinical needs into structured requirements and ensure teams deliver against clear milestones, operating with speed, accountability, and an outcome-focused delivery culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of delivery: defining scope, planning schedules, managing budgets, coordinating RAID, running standups, and updating stakeholders.
- Serve as the BA partner: gather requirements, model processes, define epics/user stories, acceptance criteria, and identify gaps.
- Oversee quality and launch readiness: UAT planning, test execution, runbooks, cutover steps, and KPI/OKR monitoring.
- Establish operational governance: RACI charts, change management procedures, risk/privacy checklists, documentation frameworks.
- Develop lightweight automation, dashboards, and workflow accelerators to increase visibility and reduce administrative load.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of Project/Program/TPM experience with hands-on business analysis.
- 5–8+ years of experience delivering cloud/AI-based functionality.
- High proficiency with delivery tools like Jira/Linear, ClickUp, Notion, and Google Sheets.
- Outstanding technical writing ability.
- A strong record leading UAT cycles, coordinating cutover, and ensuring operational readiness for production go-lives.
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering clinical, healthcare, or regulated data products.
- Knowledge of automated KPI dashboards and AI-supported PM tooling.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global contractor position. Preference is given to candidates based in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia; Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil); Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus); or Africa (Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Ghana, Egypt).
