Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of developer-focused events and campaigns

- Develop and manage programs that increase developer participation and retention
- Track engagement metrics and report on community growth and impact
- Coordinate with marketing to promote technical content and resources
- Support the creation of tutorials, documentation, and sample code
- Engage with external developer communities and open-source projects
- Identify opportunities to improve developer onboarding experiences
- Manage cross-functional projects with stakeholders across product and engineering
- Facilitate feedback loops between developers and internal product teams
- Organize hackathons, workshops, and technical meetups
- Monitor trends in developer behavior and platform usage
- Contribute to long-term strategy for community expansion
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all community initiatives
- Work with regional teams to adapt programs for local markets
- Support crisis communication and developer outreach during incidents
- Build relationships with key technical influencers and advocates
- Evaluate third-party tools and platforms for community engagement
- Maintain documentation for program workflows and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and surveys
- Coordinate swag distribution and incentive programs for contributors
- Assist in the development of internal tools for community management
