TensorOps is looking for a Creative Director, International to lead the creative vision and execution for Life360's key international markets. You will be responsible for balancing global brand consistency with local cultural relevance, overseeing regional agencies, and collaborating closely with international marketing teams to drive measurable growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead regional creative strategy for international markets, ensuring work aligns with global brand strategy while respecting local culture and market nuances.
- Extend global campaigns into international markets, adapting and localizing work to maximize relevance and impact.
- Deliver iconic work that drives cut-through in congested markets and delivers outsized growth in awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of culture, trends, and conversation in key markets, identifying opportunities for Life360 to show up meaningfully.
- Manage external relationships with regional creative agencies and production partners, directing their work to meet brand, creative, and business objectives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Global Creative Team, joining meetings and maintaining communication to ensure alignment.
- Manage the international creative budget to deliver work on time and on budget.
- Direct and manage a UK-based designer, helping them grow while delivering excellent work.
- Partner cross-functionally with the International Marketing team and other stakeholders to bring regional campaigns to life.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience leading creative work including a demonstrable track record as an Associate Creative Director and/or Creative Director.
- A portfolio showing a track record of producing standout, breakthrough, memorable, and performant creative work.
- Deep knowledge of multiple international markets, specifically including two or more of: UK, Australia, The Netherlands, Germany.
- A high level of craft, strong creative taste, and the ability to turn good ideas into great creative executions.
- Collaboratively autonomous—comfortable taking direction while also taking initiative and building on a strong creative foundation.
- Exceptional storytelling skills across all mediums and platforms.
- High confidence, low ego—celebrates great ideas regardless of origin.
- Fiercely optimistic with a 'yes, and...' mindset and positive energy.
- Excellent communication skills across formats, time zones, and audiences.
- High tolerance for creative risk—pushes for bold work and can build the case for it.
- Agency and in-house experience, with proven ability to manage external creative partners.
- A collaborative spirit that extends beyond the creative team to cross-functional partners.
- The right balance between speed and execution.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Sweden, France, Brazil, or Mexico.
Team & Environment
Sits within both the global creative team and the international marketing team with accountability to both. Reports directly to the VP, Brand and Creative, with a dotted line to the Senior Director, International Marketing.
