What You'll Do
Shape and advance the global brand strategy for a leading media and content measurement organization, ensuring a unified and compelling brand presence across all markets and customer interactions. Develop a clear, data-informed brand identity that reflects the company’s role as a trusted source of insight and innovation.
Use customer research and behavioral insights to refine messaging and positioning, ensuring relevance and resonance across diverse audiences. Lead strategic brand initiatives that modernize engagement, including testing new formats, platforms, and communication models to stay ahead of industry shifts.
Work closely with creative, digital, social, product marketing, sales, and events teams to align all brand expressions with core strategy and customer needs. Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across touchpoints, from campaigns to customer experiences.
Establish clear metrics to track brand health, awareness, and perception, and connect brand performance to broader business outcomes such as customer retention and growth. Guide cross-functional teams on high-impact projects and manage project budgets to ensure efficiency and measurable return.
