About the Role

What You'll Do

Partner with senior marketing leadership to shape and execute brand strategies that align with global business objectives for a diverse collection of luxury hospitality brands. You will lead the development of long-term brand positioning, ensuring strategic coherence across all consumer touchpoints and geographic regions.

Direct the evolution of brand identity, creative direction, and storytelling frameworks, maintaining relevance and distinction in a competitive market. Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies, campaigns, and partnerships that enhance visibility and consumer preference.

Collaborate with commercial, digital, PR, revenue, and operations teams to ensure brand alignment in go-to-market initiatives. Guide regional marketing teams in executing pre-opening plans, marketing budgets, and local campaigns that reflect global brand standards.

Oversee the quality and consistency of brand assets, including photography, video, digital content, and marketing collateral. Establish governance models that ensure compliance across all channels while enabling regional adaptability.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in global brand strategy within a multi-brand or luxury environment
  • Experience managing brand governance and creative direction across international markets
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, industry trends, and data-driven marketing
  • Ability to align creative vision with commercial objectives
  • Skill in directing internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality brand executions
  • Experience advising on artistic and visual identity for brand launches and transformations
  • Track record of guiding marketing teams through property openings and repositioning initiatives
  • Familiarity with digital, eCommerce, and content strategies in the travel or hospitality sector
