What You'll Do
Collaborate with the functional stream lead to assess and refine incoming requests, ensuring compliance with established Workday protocols. Evaluate proposed solutions for feasibility and cross-functional impact, contributing to strategic decision-making around vendor selection and system enhancements.
Design and implement configurations within the Workday Recruiting module, conducting thorough testing to validate functionality and performance. Lead or co-lead initiatives aimed at improving business processes, using data insights to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
Take ownership of project deliverables, working closely with stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and budget. Develop and refine reports and dashboards that support operational needs and strategic planning. Promote a data-driven culture by enhancing reporting capabilities and supporting data literacy across Workday user communities.
Ensure high standards of data quality within Workday by supporting data validation, cleansing, and governance activities. Handle complex support issues, either resolving third-level tickets independently or guiding junior team members through resolution processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Informatics, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- At least three years of hands-on experience configuring Workday, specifically within the Recruiting module
- Proven background in optimizing HR processes and implementing Workday solutions, either as an internal team member or through a consulting role
- Solid understanding of HR systems and workflows, with demonstrated reporting experience in Workday
- Project management experience, with the ability to drive deliverables to completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Pro certification in HCM or Recruiting
- Additional language skills, such as German, are considered an asset
