Drive revenue growth by advancing commercial card solutions within Hong Kong’s B2B payment landscape. Develop and execute both immediate and long-term market entry strategies in collaboration with key regional and local clients. Focus on expanding cross-border and domestic disbursement flows through Visa’s platform.
Identify, structure, and finalize new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships. Assess partner goals, operational models, and strategic priorities to position Visa as a catalyst for their growth. Translate these insights into actionable plans that deliver measurable impact.
Lead the design of a targeted go-to-market strategy for Hong Kong, defining priority use cases, client segments, and pipeline development. Facilitate solution adoption with originators such as financial institutions and fintech innovators. Enable broader ecosystem integration by working with acquirers, processors, treasury banks, and payment platforms to ensure seamless implementation.
Partner with regional account teams across China and neighboring markets to accelerate the expansion of digital partners into Hong Kong. Align cross-functional stakeholders to support scalable growth and market penetration.
