Rohaya Group is hiring a Techno-Functional Tech Lead to provide architectural expertise and technical direction for Epic MyChart and Cadence modules within a large health system. This individual contributor role is critical for solution development, technical strategy, and product evolution, applying healthcare workflow knowledge to inform system design and recommendations.

What You'll Do

Provide architectural expertise and industry knowledge to support the development of optimally functioning teams and tools.
Lead proactive management and recommendations for optimization and process improvement opportunities.
Lead integrated discussions focusing on problem identification, resolution options, and cross-team collaboration.
Collaborate with stakeholders on complex workflows, upgrades, and system changes to outline capabilities and necessary decisions.
Communicate difficult concepts and negotiate to reach consensus when appropriate.
Develop and monitor team goals and objectives, including delegating tasks.
Create long-term technical roadmaps and short-term tactical plans for managing IT tools and applications.
Evaluate, document, and present solution requirements, estimated durations, and risks from design choices.
Develop and deliver ongoing education to build and enhance team member knowledge.
Provide input to Management for hiring decisions and performance coaching.
Lead projects or cross-sections of projects, as assigned.
Create and deliver presentations to leaders about relevant work, distilling high-level details, technical designs, risks, and actions.
May perform duties and functions of assigned team technicians.

What We're Looking For

Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT, preferably in Healthcare IT.
Expert knowledge of technology specific to the position as well as industry standards and trends.
Flexible leadership style with ability to respond to changing customer needs.
Ability to establish positive relationships with teams, peers, and customers.
Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively.
Skills in Strategy, Process Improvement, Application Design, Project Management, Solution Design, and Technical Domain Expertise.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

Epic Ambulatory and Cadence modules certification.
MyChart certification.
