Shae Group is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who combines deep project leadership with business analysis skills. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering AI-first projects from initial scoping through to production launch, ensuring clear requirements, smooth execution, and operational readiness.
What You'll Do
- Lead project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, RAID logs, standups, and stakeholder updates.
- Act as a business analyst to elicit and document epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and gap analyses.
- Ensure quality and readiness by planning UAT, coordinating testing, developing cutover runbooks, and tracking KPIs/OKRs.
- Define operational governance, including RACI charts, change control processes, and privacy/risk checklists.
- Build automation and dashboards to reduce project management overhead and accelerate decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of Technical Project Manager or Project Manager experience with proven business analysis capabilities.
- A track record of shipping cloud and AI features to production.
- Strong fluency with project tooling like Jira/Linear, Notion, ClickUp, and Sheets.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience running UAT, managing cutover, and ensuring operational readiness for launches.
Nice to Have
- Experience in health/clinical product delivery or regulated data projects.
- Familiarity with automated KPI dashboards and AI tooling for project management workflows.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: USD $1,000 - $1,500 per month.
- Annual performance incentives for KPI over-performance.

This is a fully remote contractor position. We have a strong preference for candidates based in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil), Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus), or Africa (Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Ghana, Egypt) with strong English proficiency.
