EX Squared is looking for a Temporary Technical Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for a high-impact tech client. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and knows how to balance structure with adaptability.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project management for software initiatives—from planning through launch
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive decisions to maintain momentum
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical and business goals
- Define and monitor project metrics to track progress and outcomes
- Optimize project management methodologies and processes for efficiency
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and success
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of technical project management experience, especially in software development
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects with multiple dependencies
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Hands-on experience with tools like Shortcut, Jira, and Confluence
- Technical background or familiarity with software engineering concepts
- Ability to collaborate synchronously during US Eastern Time hours
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the U.S. or Canada
- Must hold a valid visa and be available to travel to the United States occasionally (1–2 times per quarter)
Nice to Have
- PMP or Agile certification
- Experience with martech or advertising platforms
