Voomi Supply is hiring a Director of Category Management to drive the performance of our 150+ suppliers on the Voomi platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the full supplier lifecycle, from onboarding and relationship management to merchandising strategy and P&L growth, within our fast-growing and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage the P&L, partnering with suppliers to hit Voomi's top-line goals while driving the business to profitability targets.
• Make data-driven recommendations using analysis to accelerate supplier account growth via pricing, rebates, catalog, payment terms, and channels.
• Manage relationships and conduct data-driven business conversations and negotiations with suppliers to drive key account levers.
• Scale processes and systems to enable the business to handle 300+ supplier accounts.
• Reimagine the onboarding process for new suppliers to set relationships up for success from day one.
• Revamp and implement Voomi's merchandising strategy, advising suppliers on items to stock and categories to pursue.
• Lead a team of relationship managers and analysts.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to connect dots and solve supplier issues impacting Voomi metrics.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in a high-performing, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling operational processes.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to manage a high-growth P&L with accountability for results.
• Skilled in building and maintaining external partnerships, including vendor negotiations and business deals.
• Background in merchandising strategy, assortment planning, or category management.
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to 'roll up sleeves' to solve problems.

Team & Environment

You will lead a team of relationship managers and analysts, collaborating closely with other departments to drive supplier success and platform growth.
