myTomorrows is hiring a Director of Pharma Partnerships (Patient Recruitment) to drive revenue growth through strategic collaborations with Bio-Pharmaceutical companies. You will generate leads, establish partnerships, and expand our market footprint for patient recruitment products and services in clinical trials.
What You'll Do
- Continuously network and generate a high number of leads, supported by a Business Development Representative.
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy focused on acquiring new partners and expanding existing relationships within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding partnership targets and sales quotas.
- Qualify deals, negotiate agreements, and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, with clear accountability for pipeline conversion and deal velocity.
- Support the development of sales enablement material, working closely with product marketing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of partnership commitments.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support contracting for expansion services with existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and product/service enhancements.
- Track and manage pipeline activities in HubSpot, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
- Travel to clients, conferences, and prospects globally up to 60% of the time.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Science, or Healthcare; a Bachelor’s degree considered with strong experience.
- 8+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or sales roles, with a strong focus on contracting and closing deals within the pharmaceutical industry.
- An existing network within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within clinical development, clinical operations, and pre-approval access.
- A consistent and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, from early lead generation to contract negotiation and post-deal expansion.
- The ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.

- Strong understanding of clinical development: clinical trials and/or expanded access programs.
