Leonardo.Ai is looking for a Technical Project Manager - Payments to drive the day-to-day management of payments projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and at high quality. You'll guide the integration and evolution of our payment infrastructure and ensure a seamless experience for users.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of payments initiatives from planning to launch.
Partner with product, engineering, finance, and design teams to define scope, remove blockers, and maintain clear communication.
Translate high-level business needs into clear technical requirements for payment gateways, invoicing, and tax workflows.
Coordinate integration work across providers like Braintree, PayPal, Stripe, and Paddle, overseeing QA, test plans, and deployment readiness.
Plan and execute releases for new payments features, ensuring smooth rollouts and operational readiness.
Track project progress, report outcomes, and surface risks, dependencies, or blockers early.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on payment systems, integrations, and processes.
Foster a high-performing, values-driven squad culture focused on ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing payments, billing, or monetisation projects in a SaaS or product-led company.
Hands-on experience with integrations like Braintree, PayPal, Stripe, or Paddle.
Working knowledge of invoicing, tax handling, and global payment compliance.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A collaborative mindset.
