Responsibilities
- Lead integration efforts with telecom providers and merchant partners at local and regional levels
- Verify the functionality and accuracy of API interactions and data flows
- Manage the coordination of technical configuration tasks
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all integration points
- Produce and deliver operational documentation for systems and processes
- Confirm the accessibility and completeness of API endpoints for billing, invoice retrieval, cancellation, and related functions
- Create, update, and distribute clear technical documentation, including onboarding kits and process diagrams
- Oversee the setup of local technical environments, including network configurations such as VPN and IP whitelisting, and SMPP protocols
- Prepare and manage the execution of test plans with both internal departments and external collaborators
- Review and confirm results from technical and functional testing phases
- Assist in troubleshooting and pinpoint technical shortcomings during integration phases
- Maintain up-to-date and centralized documentation in platforms like Jira and SharePoint
- Monitor project progress and clearly communicate delays or obstacles to all stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Business, Product, and Technical teams, as well as local partners
- Support the Product team in testing and resolving issues related to product launches

- Familiar with regional dynamics and capable of communicating effectively with local stakeholders
