Block Labs is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of features and projects for iGaming products. In this role, you'll act as the central coordination point across Product, Development, QA, and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely execution, and high-quality results.
What You'll Do
- Own the delivery of features and updates from planning to release, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Drive the execution of projects across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring efficient handoffs and collaboration between teams.
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Provide transparent updates on project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and senior management through detailed reporting.
- Oversee vendor relationships, manage third-party API integrations, and address compatibility or performance issues.
- Optimize project management processes and foster learning through post-project reviews and feedback implementation.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a delivery or project management role within software development.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and within scope with an in-depth understanding of the features.
- Proven experience working with iGaming technologies and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing third-party integrations and APIs.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical and business concepts.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong risk and issue management abilities.
- Passion for scalability, process improvement, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Experience running effective Post-Mortems and implementing change.
Nice to Have
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are a plus.
