Role Overview
As a Technical Project Manager, you will guide the full lifecycle of iGaming product features—from initial planning through to release—ensuring each project meets technical standards, business goals, and user expectations. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, QA, and Marketing, maintaining clear timelines, managing dependencies, and enabling smooth collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead feature delivery from concept to launch, aligning execution with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to define project scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring structured handoffs and efficient workflows across teams.
- Anticipate risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum and quality.
- Deliver clear, data-informed updates on progress, blockers, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Oversee third-party vendors, manage API integrations, and resolve technical compatibility challenges.
- Refine project management practices by leading post-implementation reviews and applying lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years in software project or delivery management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex features on schedule and within scope.
- Hands-on experience with iGaming platforms and integrating external services.
- Firm grasp of Agile principles and iterative development practices.
- Proven track record managing API integrations and external vendor relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Fluent English communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business discussions.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
- Committed to scalability, continuous improvement, and fostering team collaboration.
- Experience conducting post-project evaluations and driving process enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are advantageous.
