About the Role

Technical Project Manager – Intelligent AI Deployments Berlin Office YOUR MISSION: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to spearhead medium to high complexity implementations of our Advanced AI / conversational platform for enterprise clients. You'll manage the complete delivery lifecycle—from initial scoping through implementation and post-launch support—collaborating within a collaborative team structure alongside a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) and an Agent Architect (AA). Your primary responsibility will involve owning project timelines, scope, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communication, ensuring seamless customer transitions to an intelligent AI communication infrastructure. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Project Ownership & Delivery • Drive comprehensive delivery for assigned Intelligent AI customer projects (encompassing scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality). • Lead the integrated pod (TPM + FDE + Agent Architect) as a unified delivery unit. • Select and implement appropriate delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) based on specific customer contexts and risk profiles. • Develop detailed project planning: work decomposition, dependency mapping, critical path identification, and resource allocation across internal and partner teams. • Maintain current project documentation, including comprehensive RAID log and change tracking. Customer & Stakeholder Management • Serve as primary delivery interface for customer project sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders. • Orchestrate recurring governance activities: status discussions, steering committees, user acceptance testing reviews, and implementation evaluations. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business implications for executive stakeholders. • Manage scope modifications and change requests, ensuring comprehensive commercial and delivery implications are understood and agreed upon. Cross-Functional & Pod Coordination • Synchronize with Forward Deployed Engineers regarding integration preparedness, environment configuration, performance optimization, and production stability. • Collaborate with Agent Architects on discovery processes, agent design, contextual strategies, and conversational refinement. • Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth customer journeys. • Manage partner collaboration responsibilities, expectations, and escalation protocols when system integrators or service providers are involved. Methodology & Process Discipline • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for Agile/hybrid initiatives; lead stage-gate reviews for waterfall projects. • Enforce rigorous documentation standards across project artifacts. • Ensure comprehensive risk and compliance requirements are integrated into project planning. Metrics & Reporting • Define and monitor deployment key performance indicators, including: - Blueprint development timelines - First Agent UAT milestones - Implementation completion rates - Milestone punctuality - Quality assurance and incident trend analysis • Provide detailed delivery status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. • Contribute analytical insights to capacity planning and resource allocation models.
