About the Role
This role involves guiding technical projects through the full development lifecycle by working closely with engineers, product managers, and designers. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong organizational skills to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to align on goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource estimates
- Track progress using agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and systems
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and technical requirements
- Adapt project scope and priorities in response to changing needs
- Maintain documentation for project plans, decisions, and outcomes
- Support estimation processes and sprint forecasting
- Promote collaboration between technical and non-technical team members
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices
- Ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards
