Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives from inception through delivery, aligning customer objectives with engineering execution.
- Define the technical strategy for success, determine engineering requirements, and confirm expected outcomes with stakeholders.
- Collaborate directly with customers to grasp mission-specific challenges and advocate for their needs internally.
- Partner with engineering teams to develop solutions and adapt development direction as necessary to fulfill client goals.
- Engage with diverse internal groups including engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations.
- Ensure consistent involvement and awareness across all internal teams.
- Create, align, and communicate the roadmap for success with both internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate with clients and technical staff to establish sprint schedules, implementation plans, and key milestones.
- Build trusted, collaborative relationships with customers to resolve current challenges and identify future opportunities.
- Comprehend the organization's core offerings and clearly convey their relevance to customer problems at all levels, from leadership to end users.
