- offering exceptional Hospitality at all PSU Catering events by assisting in delivering and serving food & beverage
- ensuring that all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout events
- following all responsible alcohol service policies
- ensuring your designated areas are consistently cleared of used dishes and products
- adhering to all safety and sanitation policies
- utilizing operating POS system to ensure quick & accurate orders filled for our guests

- assisting with setup and clean up duties in concession stand

- Concessions Attendants - Seeking Concessions Attendants with Growth opportunities available (Stand Supervisors) Concession stand attendants offer superb guest services by: utilizing operating POS system to ensure quick & accurate orders filled for our guests; follow proper safety and sanitation policies; follows all responsible alcohol service policies. Other job duties include assisting with setup and clean up duties in concession stand. Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. Concession stands are open to serve patrons during most every event held at the Bryce Jordan Center or Pegula Club area.
