About the Role

The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making. This role involves overseeing a team and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial operations and accounting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage the treasury and cash management functions.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and financial systems.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals.
  • Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Manage the tax compliance and reporting processes.
  • Develop and implement financial risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
  • Manage the financial aspects of capital projects and investments.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and analyses.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Manage the financial aspects of corporate governance and compliance.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of business development and expansion.
  • Develop and implement financial performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of customer and vendor relationships.
