Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific discipline with no prior experience required
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
- Fundamental written and verbal communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic statistical methods
- Solid grasp of engineering principles, theories, and core concepts
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities
- Understanding of processes and equipment relevant to assigned tasks
- Knowledge of and compliance with Environmental Health and Safety and Quality standards in clean room medical device production
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional interaction across all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Capacity to work effectively within a team, including supervisors, colleagues, and external vendors
- Skill in developing consistent internal working relationships
- Commitment to following all company policies, including pandemic protocols and EHS regulations, and taking appropriate measures to prevent harm, pollution, and environmental damage within their area of responsibility

- Experience with CAD software is advantageous

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Scientific field, no experience Required
- Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite
- Basic documentation, communication (e.g., written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills
- Basic understanding of statistical techniques
- Good understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to Engineering
- Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good understanding of processes and equipment used in assigned work
- Knowledge of and adherence to Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to department clean room medical device manufacturing
- Strict attention to detail

- Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the section or group; and may interact with vendors
