Eaton Corporation is looking for a Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master to join our Global Data Center Segment based in the UAE. In this role, you will be an experienced servant leader and Agile coach for cross-functional Datacenter teams, enabling them to deliver solutions effectively using Scrum while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, compliance, and reliability.

What You'll Do

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Data Center Teams, ensuring consistent application of Scrum events, roles, and artifacts.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering transparency, focus, and continuous improvement.
Coach teams on Agile principles, self-management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proactively identify and remove delivery impediments, including dependencies across engineering, testing, UL compliance, manufacturing, and supply chain partners.
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to escalate and resolve systemic issues impacting team flow and predictability.
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and alignment to Global Data Center Segment objectives.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and global stakeholders, enabling clear communication and shared understanding of delivery commitments.
Promote the use of Agile metrics (e.g., throughput, predictability, sprint goals) to enable data-driven improvement.
Reinforce Kaizen and continuous improvement practices aligned with Eaton’s Continuous Improvement System.
Support coordination across multiple teams or workstreams contributing to Gray Space UL deliverables.
Contribute to broader Agile maturity and ways of working improvements across the Global Data Center organization.

What We're Looking For

Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles, with demonstrated ability to apply them pragmatically in enterprise settings.
Experience working with the data center or IT industry at senior levels.
Experience working with cross-functional global teams, including engineering, compliance, and operations.
Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.

Nice to Have

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent).
Experience supporting data centers, power systems, electrical infrastructure, or regulated product development.
Familiarity with UL certification processes or safety‑critical product development.
Experience operating within large, global enterprises.
