Eaton Corporation is looking for a Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master to join our Global Data Center Segment based in the UAE. In this role, you will be an experienced servant leader and Agile coach for cross-functional Datacenter teams, enabling them to deliver solutions effectively using Scrum while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, compliance, and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Data Center Teams, ensuring consistent application of Scrum events, roles, and artifacts.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering transparency, focus, and continuous improvement.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, self-management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactively identify and remove delivery impediments, including dependencies across engineering, testing, UL compliance, manufacturing, and supply chain partners.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to escalate and resolve systemic issues impacting team flow and predictability.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and alignment to Global Data Center Segment objectives.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and global stakeholders, enabling clear communication and shared understanding of delivery commitments.
- Promote the use of Agile metrics (e.g., throughput, predictability, sprint goals) to enable data-driven improvement.
- Reinforce Kaizen and continuous improvement practices aligned with Eaton’s Continuous Improvement System.
- Support coordination across multiple teams or workstreams contributing to Gray Space UL deliverables.
- Contribute to broader Agile maturity and ways of working improvements across the Global Data Center organization.
What We're Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles, with demonstrated ability to apply them pragmatically in enterprise settings.
- Experience working with the data center or IT industry at senior levels.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams, including engineering, compliance, and operations.
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.
Nice to Have
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting data centers, power systems, electrical infrastructure, or regulated product development.
- Familiarity with UL certification processes or safety‑critical product development.
- Experience operating within large, global enterprises.
