About the Role
Manage the development and deployment of electronic warfare technologies by aligning engineering efforts, defining program milestones, and interfacing with government stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge defense capabilities on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of electronic warfare system development
- Coordinate across hardware, software, and systems engineering teams
- Define program schedules, deliverables, and success metrics
- Track technical progress and resolve cross-team dependencies
- Interface with government and defense partners on program status
- Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate design reviews and technical decision-making
- Translate operational needs into technical requirements
- Drive integration and testing of electronic warfare capabilities
- Oversee documentation for system architecture and interfaces
- Support procurement and vendor coordination activities
- Maintain program budgets and resource allocation
- Implement agile methodologies across development cycles
- Lead post-deployment assessments and performance analysis
- Ensure alignment with broader platform integration goals
- Communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders
- Manage configuration control and change management processes
- Support certification and accreditation efforts
- Coordinate with test and evaluation teams for field validation
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for capability evolution
- Lead incident response during system integration phases
- Facilitate rapid prototyping and field experimentation
- Ensure adherence to defense acquisition frameworks
- Support proposal development for follow-on efforts
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
- Program management certification (PMP, CPM, or equivalent)
- Direct experience with electronic attack or electronic protection systems
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition pathways including OTA
- Experience managing rapid prototyping programs
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration in sensor systems
- Experience with autonomous platforms in contested environments
- Security clearance at TS/SCI level
- Background in RF signal processing or electronic countermeasures
- Experience with live-fire testing or operational assessments

Security Requirements
Applicants must have an active DoD Secret clearance. Candidates with higher clearances will be given preference. Selected individuals will be required to pass periodic background checks and comply with all security protocols.
