Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs within the mobility platform
- Coordinate between engineering, product, and operations teams
- Define and track key milestones and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules
- Ensure alignment with technical architecture and product goals
- Facilitate decision-making during critical project phases
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Support agile processes across development teams
- Translate technical details for non-technical audiences
- Drive resolution of cross-team blockers
- Organize and lead regular program reviews
- Maintain documentation for program status and decisions
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the lifecycle
- Work closely with QA and release management teams
- Integrate feedback loops into program execution
- Promote best practices in program management
- Track and report on key performance indicators
- Support post-implementation reviews and retrospectives
