EX Squared is hiring a Technical Product Owner (US Remote)

Jobgether is hiring a Technical Product Owner to drive technical product initiatives and enhance platform capabilities within a high-impact, fast-paced environment. In this US remote role, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product leaders, and external vendors to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, influence product strategy, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver new technology solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product leadership to define the product roadmap and align initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Participate in discovery and data analysis efforts to inform prioritization and decision-making.
• Identify and resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
• Develop subject matter expertise on the technologies and solutions being implemented.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Understand and document API specifications and technical documentation for internal and external use.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in product management, technical project coordination, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, tackle new challenges, and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Results-oriented with a bias toward action, learning, and iteration.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Desire and potential to grow into more senior product management responsibilities over time.

• Competitive salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually.
