EX Squared is hiring a Project Manager II (CRO or Life Sciences) - Remote

At Jobgether, we are looking for a Project Manager II to oversee the successful delivery of mid-to-large scale clinical projects. In this remote role, you will manage biometric deliverables—including data management, biostatistics, and statistical programming—for clients in the life sciences sector, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial KPIs are met and invoices align with contracted schedules.
• Create, maintain, and execute moderate complexity project timelines, tracking critical path milestones.
• Monitor project scope and manage changes using established project management methodologies.
• Drive day-to-day project activities, including risk identification, issue resolution, and coordination with functional leads.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Strengthen client relationships and participate in account growth planning, RFIs/RFPs, and bid defenses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including ICH, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 9001:2000.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in project coordination, project management, or related roles within the life sciences industry.
• Knowledge of scientific principles, clinical trial processes, and pharmaceutical development.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with intermediate Excel skills, including HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GCP requirements, and FDA regulations.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience managing clinical trial projects and familiarity with CRO operations.
