Aledade is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategic development of our Clinical Data Platform, with a specific focus on harnessing unstructured data. You will define the product vision and roadmap for this critical system, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver value to our healthcare partners.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Clinical Data Platform, with an emphasis on unstructured data capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to translate complex requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to launch and iteration.
- Analyze market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a background in data platforms, healthcare IT, or clinical data systems.
- Deep understanding of data management concepts, particularly related to unstructured or semi-structured data in a healthcare context.
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and user benefits.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product decision-making and prioritization.
