About the Role

This role leads the analysis and product management functions for key technology initiatives, translating business needs into technical requirements and guiding cross-functional teams through solution delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analysis for complex technology projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap
  • Translate business objectives into functional and technical specifications
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept through implementation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and prioritization
  • Develop and maintain product documentation and requirement artifacts
  • Support testing activities by defining acceptance criteria
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners when applicable
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones
  • Drive user adoption through training and change management support
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration
  • Maintain focus on customer experience and usability
  • Work closely with development teams during implementation phases
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business impact and feasibility
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather input
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
  • Manage scope changes using structured change control processes
  • Support post-implementation reviews and performance tracking
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned domains
  • Promote agile practices and iterative delivery methods
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product delivery processes
  • Balance strategic initiatives with operational demands

Preferred Qualifications
