About the Role
This role leads the analysis and product management functions for key technology initiatives, translating business needs into technical requirements and guiding cross-functional teams through solution delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analysis for complex technology projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap
- Translate business objectives into functional and technical specifications
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through implementation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and prioritization
- Develop and maintain product documentation and requirement artifacts
- Support testing activities by defining acceptance criteria
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners when applicable
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones
- Drive user adoption through training and change management support
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration
- Maintain focus on customer experience and usability
- Work closely with development teams during implementation phases
- Prioritize backlog items based on business impact and feasibility
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather input
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
- Manage scope changes using structured change control processes
- Support post-implementation reviews and performance tracking
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned domains
- Promote agile practices and iterative delivery methods
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product delivery processes
- Balance strategic initiatives with operational demands
