Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define product vision and manage the backlog.
- Support clients in fulfilling the Product Owner role.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis, documenting them as Features and User Stories for the team.
- Work with the team and client to develop a plan for achieving project objectives and business value.
- Partner with technology teams to define the client's technology roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to assess technical feasibility of requirements.
- Communicate technology topics intelligently to clients to build trust and confidence.
- Partner with delivery teams to execute established plans.
- Communicate technical and business requirements to the delivery team.
- Collaborate with senior delivery team members to resolve complex challenges.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of custom software development concepts and best practices in all interactions.
- Ensure projects stay on track by regularly communicating status, risks, and changes.
- Champion the agile software development process.
- Work directly with clients to manage project delivery while promoting an agile delivery method.
- Apply agile concepts in real-world settings, adapting principles to the client's agile maturity and improving it over time.
- Own backlog health and communicate deviations from expected value delivery proactively.
- Act as a servant leader to the delivery team.
