Freshpaint is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and the customer feedback loop for a key initiative: helping healthcare marketers understand what drives conversions. You will partner with engineering, data, design, and GTM teams to define how attribution, analytics, and insight delivery function within our platform.

What You'll Do

Shape and build one of Freshpaint's most strategic products, the foundation for customer marketing performance understanding.
Work across every layer from modeling first-party data to crafting AI-powered Insights, touching data, UI, and intelligence.
Have end-to-end ownership across technical and customer-facing systems.
Work directly with leadership, data, and go-to-market teams with autonomy to shape roadmap direction.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of product management experience.
Experience building or working deeply on data, analytics, or attribution products.
Ability to understand customer problems before defining features.
Comfort with shipping MVPs and iterating fast.
Fluency in data concepts to talk about events, pipelines, and attribution models.
Thrive on cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Excitement about building something new from zero to one.
