About the Role
Lead the strategic direction of core product features by collaborating with engineering, design, and customer teams to define, prioritize, and ship high-impact functionality in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scope and prioritize development tasks
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Translate market insights into actionable product requirements
- Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales teams
- Monitor key performance metrics to assess product success
- Identify opportunities for product optimization and iteration
- Facilitate cross-team communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation
- Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions
- Advocate for customer needs within the development process
- Evaluate new technologies for potential product integration
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Drive adoption of new features through internal training and support
- Resolve product issues in coordination with support and engineering
- Represent product strategy in executive reviews
- Maintain alignment with long-term company objectives
