Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution for growing the developer user base
- Define and track key performance indicators throughout the developer lifecycle, including awareness, activation, engagement, and conversion from Phoenix to AX where applicable
- Pinpoint obstacles in the open-source, cloud, and self-serve user experiences and collaborate with product teams to resolve them
- Formulate hypotheses and execute tests to enhance onboarding, activation, engagement, and expansion
- Own the go-to-market messaging and positioning for Phoenix and self-serve AX offerings
- Articulate the role of Phoenix within the broader landscape of AI evaluation, observability, and agent development
- Clarify how Phoenix and AX integrate for various user personas and adoption stages
- Support planning and execution for major Phoenix product launches
- Produce technical content aligned with critical developer journey milestones such as first use and production deployment
- Design and refine onboarding and activation processes across open-source, cloud, and self-serve platforms
- Create practical guides demonstrating real-world Phoenix use cases and pathways to extend into AX
- Write based on direct product interaction and deep technical knowledge
- Interact with the Phoenix and wider AI developer communities to gather insights and understand user needs
- Collaborate with Developer Relations to amplify messaging and strengthen community engagement
- Evaluate and prioritize developer channels and communities for strategic investment
- Shape the developer community strategy based on engagement data and ecosystem trends
- Discover and pursue opportunities to increase Phoenix’s visibility and influence
- Leverage AI-powered workflows to track ecosystem trends, consolidate feedback, and enable rapid iteration
- Use internal products in daily workflows and create content grounded in firsthand experience
- Prioritize rapid iteration, experimentation, and data-driven results in all initiatives
Compensation
$140,000-$175,000 depending on experience
