Responsibilities
- Lead product results for one or more customer-facing initiatives.
- Convert customer, operational, and technical requirements into detailed product requirement documents, Jira backlog entries, and decision logs.
- Apply AI-powered workflows to synthesize requirements, analyze documents, report progress, and develop specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system architecture, integrations, security, compliance, and delivery planning.
- Track and communicate project scope, risks, dependencies, quality metrics, and customer impact.
- Develop clear documentation for executives, customers, and technical teams.
- Find ways to minimize manual effort through improved processes and AI-enhanced workflows.
