About the Role
This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day functionality of technical operations, responding to system alerts, diagnosing issues, and working with cross-functional teams to maintain service reliability and uptime.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and respond to operational alerts
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Document incidents and track resolution progress
- Escalate complex problems to engineering teams
- Maintain accurate records of system changes
- Support deployment of software updates
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance
- Troubleshoot network and server connectivity issues
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Follow established incident management procedures
- Coordinate with developers for issue resolution
- Respond to internal support requests
- Verify system backups are completed successfully
- Assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Ensure compliance with security protocols
- Update knowledge base articles as needed
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Validate service health after changes
- Track key performance metrics
- Support integration testing for new features
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Certifications in IT support or networking
- Experience with AWS or similar platforms
